Moonami offers a Client Success Program
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is a coordinator and central point of contact throughout the duration of their journey with Moonami. Ensuring that new and existing clients understand and experience the value of the Moonami hosting and support product. The CSM will provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients.
The CSM has an opportunity to significantly influence clients by helping them achieve goals while fostering a positive business relationship. Benefits include:
